During this meeting, the Director General provided a comprehensive overview of the ongoing initiatives aimed at aligning Pakistan’s passport standards with the latest international benchmarks. The primary goal is to enhance the security features and prevent the misuse of these crucial travel documents by unauthorized individuals.
In a concerted effort to strengthen cooperation, the Director General and Mr. Alexander Arthur mutually agreed to foster a close collaboration between the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports and the British High Commission. This collaborative approach aims to facilitate coordination in matters pertaining to immigration and passport affairs between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
